  • Know the nature of work motivation, perception, personality, values, leadership, work team/group, and resolving conflicts.
  • Exercise information to aid in problem-solving and decision-making for basic business enterprises.

  • Explain the various functions of human resource management and identify their relationship to the workplace from the perspective of both employee and employer.
  • Identify and predict human resource management trends in the industry and develop proactive solutions and techniques of adaptation to changing industry demands.
  • Apply the principles of human resource management to the industry in the areas of job analysis, HR planning, compensation and benefits, and government legislation.
  • Design and develop HR policies for employee acquisition, training, development and motivation
  • Apply HRM concepts and technical knowledge to the analysis of HRM problems, cases, and issues.
  • Be acquainted with the contemporary issues of Human Resource Management.

  • An overview on important aspects of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules, 2015.
  • tudents able to develop the organizational policies in a compliant manner.
  • The learners may have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in making managerial decisions and recommendations too.

  • Explain the various functions of accounting & finance and identify their relationship to the workplace from the perspective of both employee and employer.
  • Identify & explain basic accounting equation and its components including difference between accrual and cash accounting methods
  • Understand how to quantify HR contributions including budgets, proposals, and problem identification/trends clarification by understanding the relationships between the HR, finance and accounting departments.
  • Apply the principles of 4 primary financial statements, how they work, and how they relate to one another of a corporate annual report.
  • Analyze financial statements using common financial ratios.
  • Design and develop HR policies for employee acquisition, training, development and motivation considering accounting & financial concepts

  • An overview on important aspects of Human Resource Information System.
  • Students may able to develop the automated HR systems in this digital arena.
  • The learners may have the opportunity to apply their technical knowledge in making cost efficient decisions technologically.
