Recently, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐳𝐚, 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐑𝐃𝐈, conducted an insightful and interactive session with 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 at 𝐃𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈, under the visionary guidance of 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐝. 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐫 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐧.

The session was thoughtfully designed following the 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥, where participants first completed a Leadership Course led by the 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐫. Building on this foundation, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐳𝐚 gracefully facilitated a reflection session, guiding participants to share their experiences, insights, and leadership takeaways.

Top performers were invited to the stage to share their reflections — turning knowledge into inspiration for their peers.
