In an era shaped by artificial intelligence, continuous disruption, and growing mental health challenges, this lecture will explore how leaders can remain resilient, humane, and effective. Dr. Najmus will share research-backed insights from his forthcoming book, The Unlit Path: Twenty Practices for Resilient Leadership and Happiness in the Age of AI, highlighting why happiness precedes performance and how resilience creates sustainable growth.
